Thomas Maillart studied complex systems with Didier Sornette and has recently completed his PhD dissertation, entitled "Mechanisms of Internet Evolution and Cyber Risk". He is particularly interested in the regulatory aspects (cyberlaw) and their various implications on the Internet as a massive self-organized socio-economic system.
