Christophe is interested in the changing nature of intellectual property and the influence of the law in the process of cultural diffusion. In his ongoing projects, he analyses the use of new technologies – such as Smart Contracts, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), or Generative AI – for the management and valuation of IP rights. He is also investigating the legal and commercial implications of the use of e-commerce platforms for the sale of cultural property. Furthermore, he analyses consumer preferences and social norms about anti-piracy laws.
